The Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg 1943/44 was the eleventh and last fully played season of the Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg in football. Hertha BSC secured the championship ahead of the promoted LSV Berlin and SpVgg Potsdam 03 . Hertha qualified for the final round of the German championship , where they lost 2: 3 in the quarter-finals to HSV Groß Born .

Since the league was increased for the following season, there was no relegated team in the 1943/44 season.
