The Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg 1940/41 was the eighth season of the Gauliga Berlin-Brandenburg in football. Tennis Borussia was able to secure the championship for the first time just ahead of Hertha BSC , which meant that the Charlottenburg team qualified for the final round of the German championship . There, the purple-whites were eliminated in the group stage behind the Dresdner SC .

Due to a league reform, which reduced the number of teams from twelve to ten , four teams were relegated at the end of the season: Spandauer SV , Berliner SV 92 , SV Elektra Berlin and SC Tasmania 1900 Berlin .
