The Gauliga Sachsen 1944/45 was the twelfth and last season of the Gauliga Sachsen in football. Instead of the Gauliga, the groups Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz and Westsachsen-Zwickau were formed. The first three groups were each divided into two seasons, in the Westsachsen-Zwickau group played in one season. The championship was not played because of the Second World War .
