The Gauliga Württemberg 1934/35  was the second season of the Gauliga Württemberg  in football. VfB Stuttgart  won the championship two points ahead of the tied teams 1. SSV Ulm  and Stuttgarter Kickers  . VfB Stuttgart qualified for the final round of the German championship  , where they advanced to the finals and lost to FC Schalke 04  4-6. The relegation ranks were occupied by last year's champions Union Böckingen  , who had started with the same squad, but presented themselves extremely poorly, especially on foreign places, and lost eight of nine away games, as well as newcomer SV Göppingen  . In the promotion round for the 1935/36  season , the SpVgg Cannstatt  and the FV Zuffenhausen  prevailed.
