Gehren is a district of the town of Blankenburg (Harz) , Harz district , Saxony-Anhalt , Germany .

Gehren is located in the northern Harz region and is 1.35 km east of the city center of Blankenburg (Harz) . The nearest district is Helsungen 1.65 km southeast of Gehren.
