Kazlų Rūda Municipality (Kazlų Rūdos savivaldybė) is a self-governing municipality ( savivaldybė ) in Lithuania . In addition to the city of Kazlų Rūda, it includes the small town ( miestelis ) Jūrė and 182 villages and has 14,620 inhabitants.
