George Inci
George Inci (born October 8, 1965 in Kelkit as Ercan İnci ) is a German actor , screenwriter and film producer .
Life
In 1970, at the age of four, he moved to Langenau in Germany with his parents and siblings . There he attended elementary and secondary school from 1972 to 1977 and moved to Berlin in 1977 . In 1980 he switched from secondary school to X-ray secondary school. He finished this in 1983 with the secondary school certificate and then attended the Robert Koch Gymnasium. In 1985 he passed his Abitur and a year later he began his law studies at the Free University of Berlin . In the same year he took on German citizenship . George Inci completed the undergraduate degree.
Inci was trained from 1998–1992 at the drama school “Die Etage”, which he completed with the stage entrance examination “Diploma for drama / musical from the German stage association”. He also studied "Modern Ballet" with Timothy Golliher, dancer with the Maurice Béjart Company and worked with teachers such as Kelvin O'Hardy from the Alvin Ailey Dance School in New York, Calvin Cole from New York, Mikael Honnsseau from Paris and George E. until 1996 Younger from New York. In addition, from 1992 to 1996 there was vocal training with Paulette Schmidt and Jonathan Kinsler in Berlin.
Inci was then played numerous roles, especially in television series and films.
In addition to his work as an actor, George Inci began writing screenplays . His screenplay Hirschen was funded by the Central German Film Fund in 2002. George Inci later built up his own production company "Inci-Pictures" and realized his own film projects. His film Basim premiered in summer 2009 . In 2014 his drama Baba was released in cinemas in Germany and Austria. 2014 also started his film Hirschen - There you are doing something! in Austrian cinemas, 2015 in German cinemas.
