German High Roller is a television format of the German television broadcaster Sport1 . The poker show will be moderated by Natalie Hof Ramos , while Michael Körner will comment at the table together with the expert Jan Heitmann .
concept
The show was modeled on High Stakes Poker from the United States and produced for the German-speaking market. The locations so far have been the Alpine Palace in Saalbach-Hinterglemm , the King's Casino in Rozvadov and the Grand Casino in Lucerne . The 15th season was last broadcast.
Initially, the game was cash game with blinds of € 25 / € 50, later the blinds were doubled. In addition to the No Limit Hold'em variant, Pot Limit Omaha sessions are also played at irregular intervals . After 13 seasons with a table with a maximum of nine players, the 14th season was only shot with a maximum of six players at the table.
