George Danzer (born July 17, 1983 in São Paulo , Brazil ) is a German - Brazilian entrepreneur and former professional poker player . He is four-time bracelet winner of the World Series of Poker .

Personal

Danzer grew up in Lisbon and won the national chess championship for under-tens as a child . He studied microsystems technology at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg , but dropped out of his studies in 2006 due to his poker career. He later lived in Mannheim and Salzburg . Danzer is a father of two and lives in Augsburg .

Danzer was part of Team PokerStars for several years under the nickname GeorgeDanzer . He is a two-time title winner of the World Championship of Online Poker , which is played once a year on PokerStars . Since mid-2018, Danzer has been CEO of the inSight gg GmbH agency, which specializes in individual influencer advertising on the Twitch and YouTube platforms .
