Christopher Robin Frank (born July 15, 1994 ) is a professional German poker player .

Personal

Frank comes from Pattensen and was a member of the Junge Union there . At least in 2017 he lived with the poker players Jan Schwippert and Jens Lakemeier in a shared apartment in Vienna .

Poker career

Frank has been playing online since 2008, when he was 14 years old, under the nickname lissi stinkt on the PokerStars platform . There he won a tournament of the Spring Championship of Online Poker in May 2015 with a prize money of almost 120,000 dollars . Frank has been participating in renowned live tournaments since 2012 .

In January 2015, Frank won a turbo event as part of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure in the Bahamas with a prize money of around $ 55,000. In mid-March 2013 he reached the final table at the main event of the European Poker Tour in London and finished the tournament in sixth place for the equivalent of almost $ 170,000. In October 2014 Frank won the WPT National in Vienna and secured 77,000 euros in prize money. In June 2016 he was successful for the first time at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and cashed six times, receiving his largest prize money of almost $ 50,000 for 128th place in the main event . In the WSOP 2017 Frank won a tournament variant No Limit Hold'em and secured a bracelet and nearly 400,000 US dollars prize money. At the beginning of November 2017, he finished 15th in the € 111,111 High Roller for One Drop of the World Series of Poker Europe at King's Resort in Rozvadov for almost € 180,000 in prize money. In December 2017 Frank won a tournament as part of the Five Diamond World Poker Classic at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas with a prize of almost $ 250,000. At the beginning of February 2018 he prevailed in the Super High Roller of the Casinos Austria Poker Tour in Seefeld and secured the main prize of 287,000 euros.

In total, Frank has earned at least $ 2.5 million in poker playing live tournaments.
