Siamak Tooran (* 1975 or 1976 in Iran ) is a German poker player .

Personal

Tooran comes from Iran and came to Germany with his family at the age of eleven. He lives in Göttingen and works full-time as a gold dealer .

Poker career

Tooran has been participating in renowned live tournaments since 2014 .

Tooran was mid-October, 2015 at an event of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) successfully and reached a in the variant No-Limit Hold'em played event of the World Series of Poker Europe in Berlin , the money ranks. In February 2018, he finished second out of 2,896 players at the partypoker Millions Germany Grand Prix at King's Resort in Rozvadov and received prize money of over 55,000 euros . In mid-October 2019, Tooran won the WSOP Europe Short Deck High Roller at the same place and secured a prize of around 740,000 euros and a bracelet .
