Tom Schneider (born December 24, 1959 in Indianapolis , Indiana ) is a professional American poker player . Before starting his poker career in 2002, he was a successful businessman in Arizona . Schneider is nicknamed Donkey Bomber and four-time bracelet winner of the World Series of Poker .

Poker career

Career

Schneider is the author of the book Oops! I Won Too Much Money: Winning Wisdom from the Boardroom , which is not only about poker but also about economic aspects.

His first financial success was on the World Poker Tour in 2006 when he finished third in the WPT tournament in Reno and won $ 256,000  . In 2007 Schneider won two tournaments and two bracelets at the World Series of Poker . He also reached the final table of the $ 2,500 HORSE , in which he finished fourth. Schneider received the WSOP Player of the Year Award for these achievements . In 2013 Schneider won two more WSOP bracelets.

Overall, Schneider has earned almost $ 2.5 million in poker in live tournaments.
