Sandra Naujoks (born July 11, 1981 in Dessau ) is a professional German poker player . In 2009 she won the main event of the European Poker Tour in Dortmund .
Career
Naujoks, also known as Black Mamba in the poker scene , originally studied German and history to become a teacher. After changing her subject, she studied marketing and communication. She completed this degree and then worked as a graphic designer .
Naujoks mainly plays tournaments in the No Limit Hold'em variant , almost only live and rarely online . Originally signed by Full Tilt Poker , she moved to PokerStars in 2009 . There she was a member of Team PokerStars Pro Germany for some time . Her more significant successes include winning the GIGA Pokernight 2008, the final table at the Casinos Austria Poker Tour 2008 in Graz and winning the 2008 European Poker Championship in Baden near Vienna . There she beat the Russian Alexander Kravchenko heads-up and received a prize of 174,500 euros . Her advancement was crowned by Europe's Leading Lady at the European Poker Awards 2008 . Naujok's greatest success so far was winning the main event of the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Dortmund in March 2009, which earned her a prize of 917,000 euros. In November 2011 she took part in the IFP Nations Cup for Germany with the German Poker Sports Association . With the team that u. a. consisted of players like Sebastian Ruthenberg , Moritz Kranich or Tobias Reinkemeier under the direction of Stephan Kalhamer , Naujoks won the title. Naujoks' last live cash placement to date was in April 2013 at the EPT in Berlin .
Overall, Naujoks has more than 1.5 million playing poker in live tournament dollars earned.
In addition to her poker career, Naujoks is involved in humanitarian projects. In 2009 she founded the charity project All In 4 Kids together with Markus Golser , in which the members donate 2% of their live tournament winnings. Until 2011, Naujoks was in a relationship with the actor, presenter and musician Sebastian Deyle for two and a half years . From March to June 2011, Naujoks was a jury member alongside Sophia Thomalla and Thomas Lamatsch for the casting show Das PokerStars.de Ass , which was broadcast on ProSieben .
