Dimitar Danchev ( Bulgarian Димитър Данчев ; English transcription Dimitar Danchev ; born August 11, 1985 in Plovdiv ) is a professional Bulgarian poker player .
Poker career
Danschew plays on the online poker platform PokerStars under the nickname KuuL . Since 2010 he has been taking part in renowned live tournaments .
Dantschew end of June 2011 for the first time at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas successful and died in a tournament variant No-Limit Hold'em in the money. In October 2011 he reached the final table at the main event of the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Sanremo and received 600,000 euros for his second place due to a deal with the winner Andrei Pateitschuk . In mid-January 2013 Danchev beat 986 other players at the main event of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventures in the Bahamas and secured an EPT title and a prize of more than 1.85 million US dollars . He finished runner- up in a shootout event at the 2014 WSOP for around $ 160,000. At the beginning of July 2016, he took third place at the Crazy Eights of the WSOP 2016, endowed with just under 300,000 US dollars.
In total, Danchev has earned more than 4.5 million US dollars with poker in live tournaments, making him the most successful Bulgarian poker player .
