Gert Wilden junior

Gert Wilden Jr. , actually Gert Wychodil , (born August 22, 1954 in Munich ) is a German musician , film composer and arranger .

Life

Gert Wilden Jr. is the son of the film composer Gert Wilden . He received his first piano lessons at the age of eight. Wilden Jr. gained his first band experience. at the age of 15 in various student rock and jazz bands. After graduating from high school, he received composition, piano and conducting lessons at the Richard Strauss Conservatory in Munich , piano with Karl-Herrmann Mrongovius and Begonia Uriarte . After graduating, he worked as his father's assistant for a year. Savage jr. worked in the first season of the series Super Drumming as a musician (keyboards). He also played with Dusko Goykovich ( Balkan Connection , 1983),Frank Loef ( Just Fun , 1982), Billy Cobham , Klaus Doldinger and Hermeto Pascoal . With Andy Lutter and Ralf Schmid he formed the piano ensemble Flügelschlag ( Music For 3 Grand Pianos, 3 Composers, 3 Pianists , 2002)
