The Gmina Bytom Odrzański [ ˈbɨtɔm ɔˈʤaɲsci ] is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Nowosolski of the Lubusz Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the city of the same name ( German Beuthen an der Oder ) with 4307 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2019).

The municipality is located in the Lower Silesia region and borders the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the east . Its northern border is formed by the Oder . The district town of Nowa Sól (Neusalz on the Oder) is about ten kilometers away.
