Goriška
Goriška (German: Görz ; officially: Goriška statistična regija ) is a statistical region in Slovenia at NUTS 3 level.
The region intended for statistical purposes was introduced in May 2005. It includes 13 communities. The largest city is Nova Gorica with 14,000 inhabitants. On January 1, 2014, 118,374 inhabitants lived in the 2,325 km² region.
