Gunzō Young Talent Award

The Gunzō Young Talent Prize ( Japanese 群像 新人 文学 賞 , Gunzō Shinjin Bungakushō ) is a literary prize awarded annually by the literary magazine Gunzō in the two categories of novel ( Shishōsetsu ) and criticism / comment ( Hyōron ). The winner will receive a cash prize of 500,000 yen. The award-winning work will be published in the June issue of Gunzō . Since 2015 the award has been continued as the Gunzō Young Critic Award ( 群像 新人 評論 賞 ).
