Höf und Haid is a district of the municipality of Flieden in the south of the eastern Hessian district of Fulda . It lies on the northern slope of the Hessian ridge . After Flieden itself and Rückers, the formerly independent municipality is the largest area of ​​the municipality of Flieden.

Höf und Haid is a scattered settlement consisting of the hamlets Berntal, Dirlosborn, Fuldaische Höfe, Haid, Katzenberg, Kautz, Laugendorf, Steinbruch, Stillerz and Untermühle.
