The Hagenbachstadion is a sports field in Schwäbisch Hall . Together with the gymnasiums and small fields in front of it, it belongs to the Schulzentrum West sports complex . The main users are the TSG Schwäbisch Hall 1844 located there with its departments, which also include the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns .

The footballers have played their home games on the Hagenbach since 1984. After the inauguration of the Optima Sportpark in spring 2016, the Unicorns senior team, which plays in the German Football League , moved there, while the U19s play on the artificial turf next to the Hagenbach Stadium, which is marked for football.

The sports field is also used regularly by the city's schools. Supraregional events such as the national youth games , the state sports festival or the municipal utility cup also take place there.

The place is not covered and consists of a large field and a running track for athletics disciplines. A six-tier rank limits the field on one side. The back straight and the curves are free for later development.

From June to August 2016, the stadium, which was no longer suitable for athletics competitions, was renovated and rebuilt for 1.4 million euros. The running track is getting narrower, the lawn leveled, the jumping facilities relocated.
