Hammerthal is a wasteland of the municipality of Bockhorn in the Erding district in Upper Bavaria .

The place is located two kilometers northeast of Bockhorn in the tertiary Isar-Inn hill country ( Erdinger Holzland ). The federal highway 388 runs one kilometer north.

history

The place belonged to the former municipality of Eschlbach until 1972 and came to the municipality of Bockhorn when it was dissolved.
