Hannelore Schlaffer

Hannelore Schlaffer (born August 6, 1939 in Würzburg ) is a German Germanist and essayist .

Life

Hannelore Floppy taught from 1966 to 1971 as a secondary school teacher at high schools in Nuremberg and Erlangen. In 1971 she graduated from the University of Erlangen with a dissertation on Drama Form and Class Structure. The dramatis persona “Volk” is doing her doctorate. From 1976 to 1978 Hannelore Schlaffer was lecturer for German literature at the Sorbonne in Paris .

In 1982 Hannelore Schlaffer qualified as a professor at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg on the subject of Wilhelm Meister . The end of art or the return of myth. At the University of Freiburg she taught as an adjunct professor for modern German literature until 1996. In the same year, she completed her habilitation at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , where she taught until 2001. In 1987 she held a chair for German studies at the University of Melbourne.

Since 1980 Hannelore Schlaffer has worked as a freelancer for various newspapers and magazines, such as the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung , Frankfurter Rundschau , Süddeutsche Zeitung , Die Zeit , Neue Zürcher Zeitung , the Kursbuch , the Merkur and radio stations.

Hannelore Schlaffer has been married to Heinz Schlaffer since 1964 .
