Hans Adolf von Arenstorff (born October 18, 1895 in Lohe , † May 5, 1952 in Brjanka , Soviet Union ) was a German major general and manor owner .

Life

He came from the Arenstorff family of Brandenburg and was the fifth child of Altwig von Arenstorff (1856–1923) and his wife Wilhelmine, née Waitz von Eschen . Hans Adolf owned the two estates Oyle (150 ha ) and Lohe (100 ha).

Arenstorff came with the outbreak of the First World War as an officer cadet in the second Hannoversche Dragoons. 16 of the Prussian army and was promoted in May 1915 to lieutenant .
