Hans Hirschmann (politician)

Hans Hirschmann (born March 30, 1893 in Winkel , † October 4, 1968 in Rheinbach ) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life

Hirschmann studied medicine at the Universities of Giessen , Würzburg and Frankfurt . There doctorate he 1923 Dr. med. before he settled as a doctor in Rheinbach in 1927.

Political activity

In his home town of Rheinbach he was a member of the city council for many years , of which he was its mayor from 1948 to 1963 . In addition, from 1952 to 1968 he was a member of the district council of the Bonn district , whose honorary district administrator he also provided for six uninterrupted electoral terms from December 22, 1952 to October 9, 1964. He was also a member of the following committees of the district assembly of North Rhine-Westphalia : 1953–1964 health committee, 1957–1961 culture and school committee and 1961–1964 deputy member of the culture and school committee.

Hans Hirschmann was married to Elsbeth, b. Schregel, daughter of Josef Schregel .
