Ludwig Anton Friedrich Heinrich Eberhard Hymmen , from 1786 von Hymmen (born August 5 and baptized August 15, 1784 in Kleve , Rhineland , † April 21, 1854 ) was a Prussian district administrator in the Rhine Province .

He was the son of Johann Peter Arnold von Hymmen and Jeanette Isabelle Agnes chef von Sternberg . His grandfather was the Prussian lawyer Johann Wilhelm Bernhard von Hymmen (1725–1787), who was raised to the nobility with his descendants in 1786 .

Life

Hymmen studied law in Erlangen and Halle and was a member of the Corps Guestphalia Erlangen and Guestphalia Halle . He was the first Prussian district administrator in the Siegkreis . After it was merged with the Uckerath district , on July 1, 1820, he moved to the Bonn district as district administrator . He held this office until his death.

On December 31, 1830, Hymmen bought from the Privy Legation Councilor Karl Wilhelm Nose Castle Endeich , which was a manor suitable for the Landtag . Through land acquisitions he increased his property considerably. The mill belonging to the estate was operated by Karl Gärtet with two servants. The von Hymmen family also employed a housewife, three maids, a servant and a coachman.

Hymmen married Clara Henriette Wilhelmine Franziska von Ammon on April 24, 1822 in Düsseldorf (born January 25 and baptized March 4, 1801 in Kleve; † June 3, 1887), the daughter of the war and domain councilor Johann Georg Heinrich von Ammon and the Bernhardine Henriette Friederike von Oven.
