Hans Maurer (architect)
Hans Maurer (* 1926 in Raitenhaslach near Burghausen ; † 2001 in Munich ) was a German architect .
Hans Maurer studied at the Munich State Building School from 1943 to 1947 and then worked as an employee in the office of the Munich architect Gustav Gsaenger . In 1949 he opened his own architectural office, Maurer + Partner . From the 1950s to the 1980s he advised Siemens AG on architectural issues in Germany and abroad. He built numerous buildings for the group. In 1960 he was awarded the State Capital of Munich's Prize for Architecture .
