Hans-Martin Trepp

Hans-Martin Trepp (born November 9, 1922 in Arosa ; † August 17, 1970 there ) was a Swiss ice hockey player . His cousins Ueli Poltera and Gebi Poltera were also Swiss national players.

Career

Hans-Martin Trepp participated for the Swiss national team in the Winter Olympics in St. Moritz in 1948 and in Oslo in 1952 . At the 1948 Winter Games, he and his team won the bronze medal. He was also in his country's squad at the World Championships in 1950 and 1951 , where he also won the bronze medal. As the best European team, Switzerland became European champions in 1950. Altogether Trepp played 94 international matches, in which he scored 83 goals. At club level, he played for EHC Arosa , with which he won the Swiss championship in 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1955, 1956 and 1957 .

Achievements and Awards

In May 2020, Hans-Martin Trepp was chosen by the International Ice Hockey Federation together with Bibi Torriani , Pic Cattini , Hans Bänninger , Mark Streit and Mathias Seger as a member of the Swiss all-time team.
