Harlem is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hendry County in the US state of Florida with a population of 2,658 (as of 2010).

Harlem borders the city of Clewiston to the south and is approximately 50 km east of LaBelle and 150 km northwest of Miami .
Demographic data
According to the 2010 census, the then 2658 inhabitants were distributed over 966 households. The population density was 1063.2 inh / km². 2.1% of the population identified themselves as whites, 95.8% as African American and 0.2% as Indians . 0.9% said they belonged to another ethnic group and 1.0% to several ethnic groups. 3.0% of the population was made up of Hispanics or Latinos .
