Hartmut Kasper
Hartmut Kasper (born August 29, 1959 in Wanne-Eickel ) is a German writer. He writes science fiction under the pseudonym Wim Vandemaan .
Life
Kasper is married and has a daughter and a son. He studied German language and literature (with Uwe-K. Ketelsen) and philosophy at the Ruhr University in Bochum . From 1989 to 1995 he worked as head of the literature department at the Federal Academy for Cultural Education in Wolfenbüttel . He has been a grammar school teacher since 1995 and has been teaching German, religion, literature and philosophy at the Leibniz grammar school in Essen since 2007 .
Since 1985 Kasper has been writing articles, short stories and poems for Unicum , PIPS , Am Erker , the critical lexicon for contemporary foreign-language literature , text + criticism , aesthetics & communication that hear , the poem and the science fiction year, among others .
From 2001 to 2010, the doctor of German studies, as the successor to Klaus Bollhöfener , was in charge of the Perry Rhodan Journal , a scientific supplement to the first edition of the Perry Rhodan series. He was succeeded by Rüdiger Vaas . After Kasper had contributed two issues to the Atlan series in November 2005 and June 2006 , his first Perry Rhodan novel The Andromeda Monument was published in March 2007 in the Perry Rhodan Extra series . With Die Schwarze Zeit , volume 2391, he joined the Perry-Rhodan magazine series on June 15, 2007. Starting in 2008, he also wrote the exposés for the Perry Rhodan paperback series Das Rote Imperium , Die Tefroder and Jupiter for Heyne Verlag . Since volume 2700 ( Der Techno-Mond by Andreas Eschbach ), which appeared on May 17, 2013, Kasper has been helping Christian Montillon with the design of the Perry-Rhodan series exposé.
