Haslev Kirke

Haslev Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Ringsted Herred in what was then Sorø Amt , then to Haslev Kommune in Vestsjællands Amt , which was merged into Faxe Kommune in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

The parish has 12,172 inhabitants, 11,973 of them in the Haslev community center (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Haslev Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are Terslev Sogn in the north, Freerslev Sogn in the north-east, Sønder Dalby Sogn in the east, Ulse Sogn and Bråby Sogn in the south, Teestrup Sog in the west and Øde Førslev Sogn in the north-west .
