Kongsted Kirke

Kongsted Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Fakse Herred in what was then Præstø Amt , then to Rønnede Kommune in Storstrøms Amt , which was merged into Faxe Kommune in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

2,915 inhabitants live in the parish, 2,473 of them in the former municipality center Rønnede (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish is the church "Kongsted Kirke".

Neighboring communities in the north are Vester Egede Sogn , Ulse Sogn and Sønder Dalby Sogn , in the northeast Øster Egede Sogn and in the east Faxe Sogn and Roholte Sogn , furthermore in the western Næstved municipality Everdrup Sogn and Toksværd Sogn .
