The four-storey and three-axle stucco building was built in the third quarter of the 19th century.
The facade of the house on the eaves shows a continuous plastering . The portal in the left, eastern axis is framed with pilasters . The windows on the upper floors and the portal are suspicious . The smaller windows on the third floor are grouped in pairs under arches .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 328.
