Henry Tarus

Henry Tarus (born December 6, 1978 ) is a retired Kenyan marathon runner .

In 2001 he finished second in the Venice Marathon . In 2002, a tenth place in the Paris half marathon was followed by a victory in the Prague marathon . The following year he finished eighth in the Stramilano and won the Madrid Marathon . In 2004 he came tenth at the Paris Marathon and twelfth at the Amsterdam Marathon , and in 2005 he was sixth in Venice.

In 2006 he finished eleventh in the Xiamen Marathon , ninth in the Ottawa Marathon and triumphed in the Athens Marathon .

In 2007 he finished fifth in the Alexander the Great Marathon and fifth in Athens, and in 2008 third in the Monaco Marathon .
