Here Comes the Kraken is a Mexican deathcore band . It currently consists of guitarists Alex and Tore, bassist Alexa, drummer Deivis and singer Daniel, who joined them for the current tour from Austria.
history
The band was formed in 2007 in Aguascalientes . A demo CD was released in the year they were founded, after which they were signed by Concreto Records . Her self-titled debut album was released a year later . Then the band played a few concerts. In 2010 Here Comes the Kraken released the EP The Omen . They also played on the Warped Tour 2010 and on June 19, 2010 at the Summer Blast Festival in Trier .
The second album Hate Greed & Death was released on April 26, 2011 on their own. After that, the group went on a Hate Greed & Death Metal tour through Mexico until June . On June 25th and 26th, 2011 the band was supposed to play two concerts in Malaysia , but these were canceled. The performances should take place in Kuala Lumpur and Penang .
In December 2011, the group toured as part of the Hate Greed & Death Metal tour through Europe . Here Comes the Kraken played in Germany , Switzerland , Italy , Slovenia , Austria , Hungary , France , Spain , Poland , the Czech Republic and the Netherlands .
In 2012 the band's debut album Here Comes the Kraken was reissued. Concerts all over Mexico and at the Ieperfest in Belgium followed . At the beginning of 2013 the group started as support for Thy Art Is Murder on the "Hate Across Europe Tour". The British deathcore band Martyr Defiled played as further support . The end of 2013, the band toured with Veil of Maya , North Lane , Vildhjarta and Structures by the United States and Canada . In February and March 2014, the group played again through the states with Betraying the Martyrs and I Declare War as opening act for Carnifex .
In August and September 2015 the group will tour the USA again, this time in the opening act of King Conquer . On December 5, 2015 the group will play at the Knotfest , which will take place in Mexico for the first time .
