Mayhingen Mayor Court

The Maihingen rulership court was a rulership court of the Counts of Oettingen-Wallerstein zu Maihingen . It existed from 1818 to 1823 and was part of the Rezatkreis .

location

The lordship court bordered on the lordship court Wallerstein in the south and the lordship court Oettingen on this side of the Wörnitz in the north .

structure

The ruling court was divided into 6 tax districts, which were administered by the Oettingen Rent Office.

In 1818 there were 11 rural communities in the Maihingen Lordship Court:

  • Allerheim with Wennenmühle
  • Bühl with Anhauserhöfe
  • Deiningen with monastery rooms and Mäderhof
  • Drought rooms
  • Fessenheim with Muttenauhof
  • Wooden churches with bacon bread
  • Marktoffingen with Ramstein and Wengenhausen
  • Maihingen with Klostermühle and Langenmühle
  • Minderoffingen with Schnabelhöfe and Schnabelmühle
  • Rudelstetten
  • Wörnitzostheim

In 1818 there were 4909 residents in the Maihingen rulership, divided into 982 families and living in 987 properties.

In 1823 the Mayhingen Court was dissolved:

  • Deiningen, Dürrenzimmern, Fessenheim, Holzkirchen, Marktoffingen, Maihingen, Minderoffingen came to the Wallerstein court ;
  • Allerheim, Bühl, Rudelstetten and Wörnitzostheim came to the Harburg court .
