Oettingen ruling court on this side of the Wörnitz

The Oettingen rulership on this side of the Wörnitz was a rulership of the Counts of Oettingen-Spielberg zu Oettingen . It existed from 1818 to 1823 and belonged to the Rezatkreis .

location

The rulership court bordered the rulership court of Oettingen on the other side of the Wörnitz in the south . Both rulership courts were largely enclosed by the district court Nördlingen , only in the east the ruling court bordered the district court Wassertrüdingen .

The ruling court was divided into 9 tax districts, which were administered by the Oettingen Rent Office:

The rural communities Aufkirchen and Dornstadt (with Hirschbrunn ) were added from the lower court of Aufkirchen .

In 1818 there was the municipal community of Aufkirchen and 15 rural communities in the Oettingen ruling court on this side of the Wörnitz:

  • Erlbach with Breitenlohe
  • Fremdingen with Bühlingen, Enslingen, Grünhof, Oppersberg, Ranstetten (Nördlingen) and Uttenstetten

  • Herblingen with Nonnenbergmühle
  • Heuberg with Mörsbrunn
  • Hochaltingen with the fall house
  • Lehmingen
  • Lochenbach with Leberhof
  • Munningen with lazy mill and brick mill
  • Niederhofen with fire
  • Schopfloch with Bosacker
  • Utzwingen with Lochmühle
  • Wechingen with Pfladermühle and Wolfsmühle

There were a total of 4856 inhabitants, who were divided into 1128 families and lived in 949 properties.

In 1823 it was incorporated into the newly formed Oettingen City and Lordship Court , with the exception of Aufkirchen, which came to the Mönchsroth Lordship Court .
