Lower Court Aufkirchen

The lower court Aufkirchen was a rule of court of lords , which based on the edicts in the Kingdom of Bavaria was formed on 8 September 1808 and 16 August 1812.

The lower court Aufkirchen of the Counts of Oettingen-Wallerstein zu Aufkirchen bordered the Mönchsroth court in the west, the Wassertrüdingen district court in the north and east and the Oettingen court on this side of the Wörnitz in the south .

structure

The Aufkirchen Lower Court was divided into 6 tax districts, which were administered by the Oettingen Rent Office.

In 1818 there were 1905 residents in the Aufkirchen Lower Court, who were divided into 473 families and lived in 406 properties. In the same year the lower court was dissolved. The tax districts Aufkirchen and Dornstadt came to the Oettingen rulership on this side of the Wörnitz, while Frankenhofen, Fürnheim and Seglohe came to the Mönchsroth rulership.
