Bosacker is a district of the market Weiltingen in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia ( Bavaria ).

geography

Immediately south of the hamlet flows the Segweihergraben, which flows a little further east as a left tributary into the Weihergraben , which is a right tributary into the Wörnitz . The forest area of Klingenspitz borders in the south and the Hahnenschlag in the east. A community road leads past Hahnenberg to Veitsweiler (1.7 km north). Farm roads lead to Oberklingen (0.8 km west) and Schopflohe (4 km south-east).

history

The Fraisch over Bosacker was both from Ansbach Oberamt Wassertrüdingen as the game bergischen Oettingen- Oberamt Oettingen claimed. At the end of the 18th century the place consisted of 7 properties. The village and township government had the Pflegamt Hochaltingen of Baron von Welden held. The landlords were the Hochaltingen care department (1 hunter's house, 5 Sölden ) and the Oettingen district authority (1 building yard).

With the community edict (early 19th century) Bosacker was assigned to the tax district and the rural community Schopflohe . On May 1, 1978, Bosacker was incorporated into Weiltingen as part of the regional reform and came from the district of Nördlingen ( administrative district of Swabia ) to the district of Ansbach.
