badges and flags

Heudeber coat of arms

The coat of arms was approved on November 21, 1995 by the Magdeburg Regional Council.

Blazon : “Split by black and silver; in front a rooted golden poplar over two golden wavy beams, behind an upright four-ended red deer pole turned to the left. "

The community colors are gold (yellow) - black.

As a landmark, the golden poplar symbolizes nature and the rural character of the municipality, the two golden wavy bands represent the so-called “Acid Well” and the former stream on which the municipality is located. Since the community colors yellow-black were common, this tinging was chosen. The red four-ended stag pole is reminiscent of the Regenstein county to which the community once belonged.

The coat of arms was designed by the Magdeburg heraldist Erika Fiedler .

The flag is yellow - black (1: 1) striped with the municipal coat of arms.
