Hugo Mallo Novegil (born June 22, 1991 in Marín ) is a Spanish soccer player who has played for the Spanish first division club Celta Vigo since 2009 . He mainly plays in the right full-back position.

Club career

In his youth, Mallo played for the teams EF Porvir, FC Pontevedra and Celta Vigo . After ten years in the youth department of Celta Vigo, he moved up to the first team in the 2009/10 season, which at that time played in the Segunda División , and should make his professional debut on August 29, 2009 in the 1: 2 defeat on 1 Matchday against CD Numancia .
