After Sergio Álvarez was goalkeeper in the second team of Celta Vigo from 2004 to 2011 , completed a total of 167 league games there and made a one-year stopover in Racing de Ferrol , he was appointed to the first team for the 2011/12 season . There he made his debut on June 4, 2011 in the game against FC Cartagena .
