action
An Indian millionaire sells his entire fortune due to the critical situation in Africa and changes it into diamonds. He wants to return to his homeland with these diamonds, but suffers a heart attack during a stopover in Beirut . Before he dies, he gives the precious stones to the trustworthy Seth Kishorlal, who is also traveling to India to give them to his son Rajesh.
As soon as he had the stones, Seth Kishorlal was followed by gangsters. To escape the gangsters, he hides the diamonds in the side pocket of a bicycle, the owner of which, Sanjay Kumar, drives away immediately.
The millionaire son Rajesh is now convinced by Saudagar Singh and Baljeet Kumar Dana that Kishorlal stole the diamonds. Finally, Rajesh has the idea to befriend Kishorlal's only child, Kajal, in order to then get hold of the diamonds. But this proves to be difficult, because Kajal is already in love with her childhood friend Sanjay Kumar.
It soon turns out that Kishorlal does not actually have the diamonds, and truthfully tells that he had hidden them in a side pocket marked SK . Sanjay, who works as Rajesh's manager, brings this to light. It is now clear that Saudagar Singh and his partner are the real thieves.
Skilfully and with Sanjay's help, they can defend themselves against the insidious gangsters. So everything finds its order: Sanjay and Kajal are finally reunited, Rajesh has regained his diamonds and his great love Sunita, who ran away before their arranged wedding.
