Ina Rudolph (born April 22, 1969 in Brandenburg an der Havel ) is a German actress and author .

Life

Ina Rudolph is the first child of her parents, who moved with her to East Berlin in 1975 .

In 1983 she joined a theater amateur group in the local house of young talents and received her first leading roles in two plays. Two years later she applied to the "Ernst Busch" drama school and was accepted for training. It was during this time that she studied scene for the first time with Jutta Wachowiak at the Deutsches Theater . Here she was discovered by the photographer Sybille Bergemann in 1987 and at the same time began a career as a photo model .

After completing her studies, she took a brief engagement at the children's theater in Halle an der Saale , which was followed by a photo exhibition and several guest performances with the Deutsches Theater, also outside the GDR , including in Paris . In the autumn of 1989, Ina Rudolph went to Munich to work as a photo model. In 1992 she decided to go to Paris to work for Chanel , Thierry Mugler and Issey Miyake .

Because of her second passion, singing, for which she had already taken lessons during her acting training, she changed subjects in Paris, sang at the Paris Conservatory and was accepted, but continued to work as a model on the side. After differences with her Parisian singing professor, Ina Rudolph went back to Berlin the following year, where acting came to the fore again. From 1995 she received theater roles, including at the Semperoper Dresden.

In 1998 she made her debut in the role of Maia Dietz in the series In All Friendship . In order to complete her studies, however, she finished working on the series the following year. After completing her studies, she first sang a few concerts, only to then decide to postpone singing. After that, she was increasingly in front of the camera, again shortly after the birth of her daughter in 2002.

At the Leipzig Book Fair 2008 Ina Rudolph presented her first volume of short stories, Sommerkuss . This was followed by the novel Beste last Tage , which was published as an e-book. Ina Rudolph has been a coach for The Work since 2007 and wrote the books I want to let go of this method , but what do I hold on to? And off to fat, full life - 12 experiments on how to make life easier for yourself .
