Ines Varenkamp (born November 15, 1963 in Varel ) is a former German cyclist .

After Ines Varenkamp was runner-up in the German women's road racing championships in 1984 , she won the championship title four years later. In 1982 she became German champion in the single pursuit on the track . In addition, she celebrated stage victories in the Tour of Texas , the Giro d'Italia Femminile , the Tour Cycliste Féminin and other stage races.

Ines Varenkamp took part in the Olympic Games twice. In 1984 in Los Angeles and 1988 in Seoul , she was twelfth in the road race.
