Ingeborg Medschinski

Ingeborg Medschinski (born March 18, 1924 in Berlin ; † April 2, 2018 ibid.) (Early spelling also "Medschinsky") was a German actress , dubbing , radio broadcaster and radio play director . Since the mid-1950s, along with Irmgard Düren , Vera Fritsche , Hans Hildebrandt, Horst Link, Hans-Georg Thies and Rolf Ripperger, she was one of the most important program speakers on radio in the GDR and achieved through her double moderation with Alfred Knopin the morning program and later through joint speaker parts together with Walter Niklaus in the area of ​​radio plays and literary programs .

From the late 1970s Ingeborg Medschinski also worked as a radio play director for the GDR radio. By 1992 she was involved in more than 400 recordings as an actor and in 60 productions as a director. After this time she took part in over 160 productions at Deutschlandradio .

Her urn was buried on May 23, 2018 at the Waldfriedhof Berlin-Müggelheim .
