Ingeborg Spoerhase-Eisel

Ingeborg Spoerhase-Eisel (born March 24, 1947 in Mölln ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

After graduating from high school in 1966 at Konrad-Heresbach-Gymnasium in Mettmann , Spoerhase-Eisel studied law in Saarbrücken . She passed the two state law exams in 1971 and 1974.

She then worked in the Saarland Ministry for Family, Health and Social Affairs - initially as a government assessor, from 1976 as a government councilor and from 1979 as a senior councilor. In 1987 she took over a position as a judge at the labor court. She was the women's representative of the Saarland labor courts.

In the Müller I cabinet (1999-2004) Spoerhase-Eisel was Minister of Justice in the Saarland. In January 2005 she was elected by the Saarland state parliament as chairman of the hardship commission; she held this office until September 2006. From May to December 2006 she headed the Pandemic Office in the Saarland Ministry of Health. Until 2009 she was the head of the Saarland cancer registry, since then she has been the head of the "Social Reporting" department.

Political party

Ingeborg Spoerhase-Eisel is a member of the CDU. She was a member of the federal executive committee of the Women's Union and a member of the state executive committee of the CDU Saar.

Private

Spoerhase-Eisel lives in the Kleinottweiler district of Bexbach . She is married and has a daughter.
