Itilleq Kangilleq [ itˢiɬːɜq kaŋiɬːɜq ] (according to the old spelling Itivdleĸ Kangigdleĸ ) is a waste fallen Greenland reindeer breeders settlement in the district Narsaq in the kujalleq .

Itilleq Kangilleq is located on the narrowest part of the island of Tuttutooq , which is between the fjords of Ikersuaq (Bredefjord) and Narluneq (Skovfjord). From Itilleq Kangilleq it is 24 km east-northeast to Narsaq .
