Uummannartuuaraq [ ˈuːmːanːɑˈtːuːɑʁaq ] (according to the old spelling Ũmánartûaraĸ ) is a Greenlandic shepherd settlement in the district of Narsaq in the municipality of Kujalleq .
location
Uummannartuuaraq is on the east bank of the Tunulliarfik . 2.4 km to the north is the Attarnaatsoq shepherd's settlement . The next larger town, Igaliku, is 2.7 km to the east . The settlement is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kujataa and has ruins of the Grænlendingar .
