Sillisit [ ˈsiɬːisitˢʰ ] (according to the old spelling Sitdlisit ) is a Greenlandic shepherd settlement in the district of Narsaq in the municipality of Kujalleq .
location
Sillisit is the southernmost of the shepherd settlements around Qassiarsuk and is located on the northwest bank of the Tunulliarfik . It is 1.7 km to the northeast to the next shepherd's settlement, Issormiut .
Population development
In the last few decades the population of Sillisit has fluctuated between three and seven people. The last known population of the shepherd settlements was for 2013. Sillisit is statistically listed under “Farms near Qassiarsuk”.
