Jürgen Müller (politician)
Jürgen Müller (born December 6, 1959 in today's Vlothoer district Uffeln ) is a German local politician of the SPD and district administrator . He took office in October 2015 as the 17th district administrator of the East Westphalian district of Herford . Since 2010, Müller has been head of the Herford district, and since October 2014 also treasurer .
education and profession
After graduating from high school, Müller studied at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration with a degree in administration . Since 1983 he has worked in the district administration of the Herford district, became head of local supervision in 1999 and head of auditing in 2002.
Private
Müller has been married since 1988 and has two sons. Jürgen Müller actively played handball and looked after various youth teams. He is the 1st chairman of TuS Westfalia Vlotho-Uffeln e. V.
